Cutaneous B-Cell Lymphoma (CBCL) is a group of rare extranodal non-hodgkin lymphomas that develop from b-cells in the skin. Cutaneous B-Cell Lymphomas are typically indolent or slow growing cancers. Cutaneous B-Cell Lymphoma symptoms can include reddish rashes and lumps, nodules or papules on the skin.
Cutaneous b-cell lymphomas account for about 25% of all primary cutaneous lymphomas (whereas cutaneous t-cell lymphomas account for the other 75% of primary cutaneous lymphomas). The incidence of Cutaneous B-Cell Lymphoma is about 4 CBCL cases per million persons.
