If you or a loved one were diagnosed with T-cell Lymphoma after using Roundup weed killer herbicides, you may be entitled to compensation from a T-cell Lymphoma lawsuit or settlement.
A team of injury attorneys and class action lawyers is investigating potential roundup lawsuits of individuals who, after being exposed to Roundup weedkiller, were diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma.
T-cell Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer or lymphoma that begins in the body’s T-cells or T lymphocytes and is characterized by the uncontrollable growth of malignant or cancerous T-cells (i.e., white blood cells or leukocytes of the adaptive immune system that originate in bone marrow and mature in the thymus and destroy germs and/or abnormal cells and help change the activity of other immune system cells).
T-cell lymphoma is often an aggressive and fast-growing form of cancer. About 15% of all Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas are t-cell lymphomas.
T-Cell Lymphoma Lawsuit Cases
T-cell lymphoma lawsuit claims potentially being investigated include claims of individuals who used Roundup or other herbicides containing the chemical glyphosate and were subsequently diagnosed with blood cancer, including the following types of T-cell non-hodgkin lymphomas:
- Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL, NOS)
- Mycosis fungoides
- Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma
- Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
- Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL)
- Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma
- T-lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia
- Intestinal T-cell lymphoma
- Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL)
- Lymphoepithelioid lymphoma
- Lennert lymphoma
- Pleomorphic small, medium or large cell
- T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia
- Prolymphocytic leukaemia, T-cell type
- Sezary syndrome or sezary disease
- Extranodal natural killer NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type
- Intravascular t-cell lymphoma
- Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK)-negative
- Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL)
- Cutaneous gamma-delta T-cell lymphoma (CGD-TCL)
- Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL)
- Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) T-cell lymphoproliferative disease
- T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukaemia
- CD8+T-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia
- Low grade t-cell lymphoma
- High grade t-cell lymphoma
- Other non-Hodgkin lymphoma lawsuit claims
- Other types of Roundup T-cell lymphoma lawsuit
There are many kinds of T-cell lymphomas. Some originate in the lymph nodes (such as peripheral T-cell lymphomas, angio-immunoblastic t-cell lymphomas, or anaplastic large cell lymphomas) and are referred to as nodal T-cell lymphomas. Others are predominantly extranodal and primarily originate other parts of the body (such as intestinal t-cell lymphomas, extranodal natural killer NK/T-cell lymphomas, nasal type, or hepatosplenic t-cell lymphomas). Others are predominately leukemic and originate in the blood or bone marrow (such as adult T-cell leukaemia/lymphomas and T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia).
