Rock ‘n Play lawsuit and settlement cases potentially being investigated include claims of parents and guardians that their babies or infants suffered serious injuries from a Fisher Price Rock n’ Play Sleeper, including, among others, the following:
- flat head syndrome (plagiocephaly)
- twisted neck syndrome (torticollis)
- need to wear head-molding helmet
