If you are the parent or guardian of a baby or infant who suffered serious injuries or died in an inclined baby sleeper, hammock, cradle, rocker or bassinett, you may be entitled to recover compensation from an inclined baby sleeper lawsuit or settlement.

A team of products liability injury lawyers and class action attorneys is investigating claims of parents and legal guardians who allege that their infant child was seriously injured or died in an inclined baby sleeper, rocker, hammock, cradle or inclined bassinett.

On October 31, 2019, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) issued a warning to parents and caregivers about the dangers of inclined sleep products for infants and cautioned them to stop using infant sleep products with inclined seat backs of more than 10 degrees.

The warning came after the CPSC received reports of hundreds of incidents, including numerous infants deaths and after the CPSC received the results of a CPSC sponsored study that found that inclined sleepers with high angles do not provide a safe sleep environment for infants and that a baby should sleep on a firm, flat surface in a crib, bassinet or play yard.
