On April 26, 2019, Kids II issued a recall of all models of Kids II Rocking Sleepers due to reports of deaths from the inclined baby sleeper product. According to the Kids II recall notice, infant fatalities have occurred in Kids II Rocking Sleepers, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
Approximately 694,000 units were subject to the Kids II Rocking Sleeper recall. The recalled units were sold at major retailers such as Walmart, Target and Toys “R” Us, among others.
